Exploring the Art & Science of Marketing
Why I love Comcast
I love Comcast’s high-speed Internet service. Why? It asks me if I want to allow other websites to install cookies on my computer. What a novel idea . . . Of course, I almost always say no.
Customer Love Score 5/5.

Thanks for linking. I think you need to let Comcast know what you think. It is how we as customers create a better customer relationship.

you dont install cookies, they are text files. cookies only allow websites to track what you are doing on their website, its not a virus or anything

This was probably your browser and not Comcast. If it was software from Comcast, I can be sure that the software is doing more than blocking cookies (i.e. collecting information)
