If you’ve got lots of money and a full-time employee who has the time to interpret all the reports and tell you what they mean – http://www.omniture.com
If you’ve got no money but want something that definitely gets the job done and don’t mind signing up and waiting for an invitation – http://www.google.com/analytics
If you’ve got $10-30 per month per website to spend and want something that is easy to use and understand – http://www.superstats.com
Personally I would recommend Google. We use it, we recommend it for all our clients, and while the reports aren’t as user-friendly as Superstats they’re good enough.

Russ,
I came across this URL through WordPress, it’s specific to blog e-metrics, but probably applicable to Web analytics.
