What’s in the cream?
Everything has a story behind it. Some good. Some bad. Some long. Some short. The point is, the story matters, and story of sour cream is one of my favorites.
Pretty much any sour cream you buy off the shelf has 10 or even 20 ingredients. I thought sour cream was sour cream until I read the labels.
Daisy Sour Cream (You know, a dollop of Daisy) has just one ingredient.
“Grade A Cultured Cream.”
Go figure.
More expensive? Nope.
The simpler your story, the more likely it’ll get told. Even if it is just sour cream.
