How would I go about becoming an umpire for the Salt Lake Bees?

You have to go to 1 of 2 approved umpire schools and be in the top 15 percent or so after 5 weeks of training. That will get you into the minor leagues. You then have to work your way up just like the players do. Generally 6-8 years of umping and progressing in lower levels before you get to Triple-A, which is the level the Bees are at.
