John Edwards, former candidate for U.S. President, has come back for round two promising “a grass roots, ground-up campaign where we ask people to take action.”
Election season is upon us. Let the PR machine begin.

Apparently, Edwards is already aiming fire at who he thinks will be his opponent. YouTube. Scan to about 1:22, and you’ll hear him attack John McCain on Iraq.

In the political sense I sometimes feel that PR would better signify “Propaganda Regurgitation”. Public Relations would entail relating to the public, something that few politicians have been able to accomplish. Somehow I doubt Edwards will do much better…

I would like to get your reaction on the timing of the release. Is anyone paying attention to this junk on Christmas week? Saddam has just been sentenced to die and a former President has died. Doesn’t seem like good timing to me. The only large news site that I saw give him main story coverage was CNN for a couple of hours this morning.’
