How I got to drive a Ferrari
This one’s for you Josh.
Chris Sandberg asked if I would write about how I got to drive a Ferrari F430.

I got to drive a Ferrari because I know a very successful entrepreneur who is willing to use his cars for good. We had a goal to get something done for a client, and part of what we needed to do entailed cold-calling a business. (Cold calls go quite well when you immediately point out a nice car to the person). In this scenario we had a Maserati Gransport (same engine as a Ferrari F430), and the person was willing to listen to us once we told her she could drive the car.
The next day we came back with a Ferrari F430, and had a two-hour meeting with management. Sounds nuts, but it worked. And, well, somebody needed to drive the Ferrari back to Provo from Draper. That somebody just turned out to be me.
