Joshua states that he went to art school for a year, and therefore is an expert. This kind of makes me laugh. Never-the-less, I have to agree with him.

I am an artist that has studied extensively, painted over 200 portraits, and studied the controversy for years.

This image, regardless of whether it involves daguerroetypes, photos, paintings, and/or drawings, in which ever order they may have occurred, has many of the marks of an attempt to paint the human face.

I recognize the same errors that I used to make and those made by other, less experienced painters. The bottom of the nose, the eyes, and many other features are NOT what real faces look like. They resemble the features, but are evident to my eye that they were fashioned by and artist and not the actual photographic recording of the features of any real human being.

I’m sorry if I come off as snarky, Randall, but do you understand the definition of “mistake”? Mr. Obama stands by the truth today: indeed, he described his use of cocaine as his “greatest moral failure”.

I must acknowledge that Mr. Obama is by no means perfect. But I could not ask for a better president of our United States.

Using cocaine is not a “mistake”! It is a well thought out deliberate act and a violation of the law. I do not want a president that “made mistakes along the way”. I want a president that has lived a moral, lawful life and never touched illegal drugs like Bush and Obama. Both Bush and Obama are cocaine snorting morons. I am much older than Obama yet I have never touched illegal drugs in my life.

If you want to know what Joseph Smith really looked like, do not rely on pictures taken from his death mask. when he fell out of the Carthage Jail window, several facial bones were broken, causing marked disfiguration. Thus the death mask would not provide an accurate reproduction of what he looked like before he died.
