LOL, funny what a small world it is. I work for Josh Steimle (above post) at MWI and have never had a better ‘boss’, great person to work for and I love doing what I do (internet marketing, seo, ppc, etc.)

I’m not sure whether to laugh or to cry at that commentary! I can only speak from my experience. I’ve had a lot of bosses. In general they’ve been afraid to take risks and lack leadership (except at Cymphonix). Most had almost no training or experience in management. At times that’s led to HR disasters. Two of the best bosses besides Cymphonix were at a nonprofit. I think being a boss is an art few do well. It seems most are too micromanaging or totally hands off (no direction).
