Exploring the Art & Science of Marketing
AMP Gym. New client win.

I haven’t mentioned a new client in a while (Not because we haven’t picked up any. I just haven’t mentioned them). Anyway, I was reading something over at Don Loper the other day about going to a gym and the whole experience of it, and I have my two cents to add.
A Plug for Amp Gym
I started working out with trainer Dave Stroshine at AMP before AMP Gym became a client, and I have been more than pleased with their abilities and philosophy on health and human performance. Before I met Dave and started working out at AMP, I had back problems, knee problems and a feeling that I was going to kill over every time I did something even remotely strenuous. That was November. Today I feel better than I have in 10 years and I’m getting stronger, I feel better, I’m more flexible and I can actually last a whole church basketball game without being out of commission for three days. (The big guy in the photo is Setema Gali. He played for the New England Patriots in 2002 when they won the Superbowl, and he let me try on his Superbowl ring. Wow! That was cool . . . and huge).
So, here’s a plug of congrats to Decade Media (site in progress) for picking up a great company to work with and a nod of approval to the folks at AMP Gym.

Not sure if this is a Setema love-in or a plug for AMP gym, but here’s my two-cents…. Our son, 16, started working out with Matt AMP. He’s only been to a few sessions so far, but he’s finally SORE! The boy plays football and basektball and does pole vault, long jump and hurdles in track. He works out every day all year long… but never gets sore. Finally someone other than a high school coach/science teacher is teaching him how to work out correctly for his age and the sports he plays. He loves it and we are expecting great results! By the way… we love Tema too. We went to his symposium for Mattem a month ago. He’s pretty amazing!
